Where can I find

(1) Symbols for all the commodity & Stock Index mini contracts

(2) Which ones are actively traded & has good volume

(3) For Which ones should I use Bigger contract & not the mini cornacts.

Mini sized commodity and equity index futures are traded on multiple exchanges (primarily CME, CBOT and NYMEX).
