1 year historical tick data coming soon??

I read a post somewhere say that eSignal will be providing 1 year historical intraday data soon. How wonder how soon? Anyone has any news?

If I am not mistaken, in a recent message on this topic Scott Johnson said
that eSignal has been saving intraday data since January of this year and
that they were looking at 1st quarter 2003 as the target date for
availability (possibly at bit earlier also).
