Futures Spread

I am trying to create a chart of a spread with the following formula entered in the chart. For some reason it does not seem to work..any help would be appreciated

(es u3 * 50) - (nq u3 * 20)

You need to write it in the following way
50ES U3 -20NQ U3
Note the space before the minus sign and none after
