Help on Order Ticket Designer is needed.

Where can I find the user guide for Order Ticket Designer? Can I add a button so that I can input a limit order at current bid-0.01 (ask+0.01) for a sell (buy) order with a auto stop order attached at the same time? The stop sell order's triger price would be the current ask price + $0.01, and for the stop buy order, the triger price is current bid price - $0.01. How can I achieve these operations using one button click? Thanks.
