Can I remover the Address Link bar in eSignal?. and can I make change the Icons to small pictures?

Yes.
If you mean the "Title Bar" go to the chart, then right click, then view, than in the drop down Menu the third line " title bar". Uncheck. Done

IF YOU mean the bar showing link, and the interval you can set it up as a autohide.
Go toi the barr selòect: the second icon from left (a hand holding a sheet) click it, check "AUTOHIDE ). Done

For others number of hifding go to main menu, (the one of Flie at the begoinning) go to 3rd name "Wiev", Drop down menu and you can chose whatever you like.

I don't believe you can do either.
However if saving some space is what you are trying to achieve then you can move the Address bar to the same line as the main toolbar. To do this click on the vertical line to the left of "Address" and drag the bar to position it alongside the icons.
