I Do not Receive Option Chain data

Hi

Look at the picture below




As you can see I do not receive any data on ALTR ( ALTERA stock)
even if there is options both in auguts and in september .

I'm looking for a Put for hedging.

It happens on nall the stocks, either IBM or Indexes.

What Happen?

Data is coming in at this end.



Try clicking on the green No Data window to refresh. Alternatively close the Options window and open a new one.

Sorry, No data at all.

I'm used to have it in that form, but now nothing happen.
I click on the green as usually he says connecting or rceiving but eventually nothing comes up.

Should there be an abilitation that I had and I do not have anymore maybe? ( I'v cancelled Italian market .....)

Hi Fabrizio,

I'm able to pull up the option chain on ALTR as well. Not sure why this would all of a sudden not work for you. Did you try exiting and reentering eSignal?

As another step, please pm me your account number and I'll check your subscription just to be sure options weren't cut off some how.
