Just a Title Bar on Tcik Replay Window

Hi,

When I try to run tick replay I only get the tick replay window's title bar. There are no handles available to resize the window--nothing. I've tried uninstalling esignal, but to no avail. Is any one else experiencing this and how can it be corrected?
