How To Uninstall Version 7.4?

After Installing the new eSignal version 7.4 my system started hanging and now it is to the point where I have to completely power off the Windows OS ( Because Ctrl + Alt + Del does not work ) so often that I am afraid it might do irreparable damage to the hard disk and data.

I would like to uninstall this new 7.4 version but I keep getting the following message when I try to uninstall it thru Windows “Add-Remove Program’s” dialog box and I am not able to uninstall it.

" Error Extracting Support Files "
" The System Can not find the file specified "

How else can I uninstall it?

Hi Aston,

I'm not able to help you in unistalling the software given that "Add/Remove" feature doesn't work for you.

However, I don't believe your problems are due to faulty 7.4 software. Have you tried calling into Tech Support to further trouble shoot this issue?
