We are in the process of re-designing the Support section of eSignal Central. Since we've now centralized all the main documentation for each product under eSignal University/Product Training, we want to concentrate on providing other helpful resources in the support section. Here's a few items we plan to add:
Section on "All about our data" where we will have sections on Futures, Forex, Stocks, etc and list all the relevant information about what we provide and how we handle each data type. For Futures for ex, we'll discuss continoue contracts, day/evening session symbols, info on roll-over dates, etc.
Section on Internet Connectivity. We are working on user-friendly tools that would allow you to ping our servers and get a simple to understand reading on your connection. We'll also post other information as it relates to the internet, performance standards, etc.
Section on PC Troubleshooting. We'll give information on how to keep your PC running as cleanly and effectively as possible. Provide links to helpful utilities like Norton, Spybot, Window updates, etc.
If you have any ideas or suggestions on material you'd find useful for us to post, we'd love to hear it.
