idea for pop-out windows

I'm recently working a lot with popped-out chart windows.
One drawback is that I always have to right-click into the window to access line tools.

My suggestion for the next release is to make it able to embed the
Line Tools
Scaling and
Chart Type bars
into a pop-out window. Just like the Favorites Bar.

That way one could conveniently access the tools needed with just one click,
instead of right-click - open menu - click.

Have you tried a floating toolbar near the chart? It should perform similar to what you are looking for... while you can't have an embedded toolbar exactly as you mentioned, this may do the trick.

Nope. Doesn't work.

The intention of using pop-out windows is to put the entire layout into the background.
I'm using J-Trader which has only free floating windows.
So I'm using the pop-out charts near to the trading windows.
Works just fine.

Clicking the free floating tool buttons puts the eSignal layout to the front (I spread it over my two monitors) so that I can't see the other floating windows anymore.

Is the chart in your snapshot pulled out of the layout?

I see what you're saying, but here's a workaround. Take any of the toolbars you need from eSignal and then shove eSignal into the corner. By not minimizing it you're keeping the availability of the toolbars still, but not taking any significant screen real estate. In the below I have a popped out chart with 3 floating toolbars.

It's not the ideal - just like J-Trader.
But for now it's good.
