  • no TS

    Started esignal and get no TS on every chart. System status says
    normal on web site. Green ok at bottom of esignal. Is the system
    down?

      Everything is AOK here...could be that only some servers are down, or that parts of the internet are having problems.

      According to the status page everything is normal.

        no TS on every chart.
        Only daily chart is ok.

              Same here..All green but "NoTS" and no charts loading.

              Edit.. "NO TS" done to "OK" and charts now loading..!

                I was seeing the same NO TS indicator on my home system as well. BTW, NO TS stands for No Tick Server, which is the server-type that feeds intraday data. I called our Network Control Center and they took that tick server offline and my system is now working OK again.

                Impacted users should automatically be switched to another server. If you are still seeing NO TS, please exit and restart eSignal to create new connections.

                Please post again if the problem persists and either note your eSignal username, or PM me with it, so we can look-up where you are connecting.
