Playback window cannot be reopened

I need some help with the following: I am testing a newly developed EFS script and use the Playback feature to test it. What happened to me on two different computers is the following: While I test the script and the playback is running I minmize the playback window. I follow the script by looking at the output window. When I maximise the Playback window it comes back only with a the title and there is no way I can open the playback window and do some adjustments. I stopped the running of the script and restarted Esignal and tried to restart the playback function. Again only the title bar of the window can be read and not be Opened. I even reinstalled the software with no success.
