  • Problem with option chain

    I am using build608. Recently, my option chain does not display very well. e.g. QQQ will only display strikes from $35 to $54. I have removed my filter settings but it'a still the same. Many other stocks options are also having this problem. Is there some error in the data feed? It used to be working well even with filters on.

    Seems to work OK here. Can you double check the Option Chain properties and make sure they are set like this?

      Set to the same as yours but still same problem.
      As you see, the scroll bar is all the way to the top.

        It seems that the options that are missing are the ones with the modified symbols (ie QAV, QIQ, etc).
        If you have not already done this you may want to try closing down eSignal and Data Manager and restarting the application

          Hi Alex,

          I close the DataManager and eSignal everyday. Also just did a close on both but still the same.

          Do I have to reset anything in DataManager?
          How about a re-install?

            Roger,

            I suggest (actually Scott's suggestion) to find and delete all saved .opw files (Option Window file type) and recreate the layouts with new Option Chains. We believe that something has become corrupt in one of those files. If you are using a page, then try creating a new page.
