No Response : Symbols to charts and linking

I have three screens, Charts for one symbol take up all of Screen1 and half of screen2, charts for another symbol take up half of screen2 and all of screen3.

Both symbols have been identified by the LINKING color system new in 7.4..

What works : When I go to the OLD symbol entry field ( ie top leftt corner) and input a symbol all appropriate charts change to that symbol....
However when I click on a chart and type the symbol in NOT all the charts for that color link change to that symbol, why not, as I think they should...

Trying to duplicate but it seems to be working just fine here. Have you tried starting with a fresh layout/page? Linking can be a bit tricky so I'd suggest experimenting with turning on/off each window. If you still can't get it to work as you'd expect, I'd call us so we can more directly troubleshoot.
