how to get DDE link documentation?

The eSignal help file mentions a sample Excel spreadsheet for DDE links, and the Data Manager help topic on DDE instructs me to "consult the Advanced User's Guide, which you can obtain from the Customer Service Department" for more information on DDE capabilities. I can't find either of these items on this web site or in my eSignal installation directory. Can someone please direct me to a source for these resources?

The Excel Sample file can be opened in either of two ways.
One is through Start->Programs->eSignal->Excel Sample, the other is to launch sigtools.xla which is in your eSignal folder.
In the eSignal folder there is also a Help file for Sigtools.
