A bug with the Pages tool

I have been using the Pages function for a while, and am having trouble with a particular pop out window going missing, most of the time when i close down and open back up.

Most of the other windows are saved fine, but this particular advanced chart just doesn't seem to save. I am having to save it the old way and then after opening the page open this window individually.

Is there a fix for this?
