How to restore Title bar on AdvChart?

Good morning
I would like to restore the title bar to Advanced Charts that occupy the entire screen, so that I can manipulate that Chart window (close, save, move, etc.)

The small horizontal indicator lines which normally appear at the top of the Chart when the Title Bar are not present (or not visible), and the right mouse click option of View, TitleBar is disabled.

Try clicking on Chart Options - View - Title Bar. This will restore the Title Bar.
