  • Error fix?

    When I start up Esignal I'm getting a message box with a title of "DBC Tick Message Sink: winsig:exe - Application Error". The contents of the box states "The instruction at "0x00696554" referenced memory at "0x00000050". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program Click on CANCEL to debug the program"

    The full esginal screen doesn't load before the error message box pops up.

    What is the procedure to fix it?

    Are there Esignal temp files that can be cleared?

    I found out it's whenever I load the market depth screen that the error comes up.

    What fix can I use?

      What version of eSignal are you using? Some files may have become corrupted. You might want to try closing eSignal and the eSignal Data Manager down and uninstalling it and then reinstall it. If you don't have the install you can get it here.

        This is caused by a Market Depth Server problem. Our Network Operations staff is investigating the issue as we speak, and will correct the problem as soon as possible.
