Problem exporting data

When I try to export data from an 'advanced' chart my esignal freezes and the data export fails. Not only does it fail, but I lose my study data .

Any suggestions short of trying to reinstall the package?

Have you experimented with different types of exports? For ex, try exporting a daily chart or a 30 minute interval? Does the system freeze in each case? How about different symbol types?

After reading your reply, I went and exported a 5 min chart, and that was successful.

I then did a 1 min chart, the original failure, and that worked.

So I hope it works now, but I had tried several times before on small interval carts (1 min or less) and failed.

*I also noticed that when I closed the esignal data manager during this period of exporting failures, that my computer would restart (windows 2000).
