  • Order Ticket Designer 7.4

    After designing a new ticket, once closing esignal, my ticket does not function anymore. Any ideas on how to fix this? Has this been seen before?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to eSignal Central. I have some questions to narrow the possibilities down. They are listed below.

    What doesn't the ticket look like when its not functioning?
    Are the buttons gone, or is it that the buttons don't do anything when clicked?
    What broker is being used with the buttons? (eSignal Paper Trade, IB, etc.)
