Advanced Chart?

I opened a new (default) advanced chart to place the futures in
(es u3). I can get the 60 min and day, but I cannot get 1,5,15 any of the small ones. I run into this problem on and off. Anyone know the answer to this fix?

ES U3 expired on September 19 so if you have a Time Template that does not go back far enough you will have no data to load when using lower intervals.
Try creating a temporary Time Template that loads 20 days or more as Intraday Default and you will probably see the data appear
