How do I sum gains of closed positions in the portfolio?

The total and subtotal lines in a portfolio only seem to sum open positions. Once a position is closed, it is not included in the total or subtotal line.

So, how do I calculate the historical performance of my portfolio, including closed positions?

Contrary to my earlier reply it is possible to include closed positions in the portfolio totals.
When closing a position put a check in the Include close position in Totals box as in the image below



As can be seen in the following image the position is now closed and the Totals include the Gain/(Loss) from that operation.
