Quotes 4-5 minutes behind

On Friday, December 20, I noticed that Nasdaq stocks 1 minute bars were 4-5 minutes behind timewise. $NDX 1 minute bars however were updating on time.

Is this a datafeed/server problem and does it happen often. I depend on accurate data for daytrading.

There should be no reason that this would happen unless there were some connection issues. Any something like this happens in the future, click on the Customer Service menu in eSignal and choose LiveRep. This sets up a live chat with a support person who can check your connection and do troubleshooting with you at the time of the problem.

You can also choose System Status under the same menu to see up to the minute reports of any exchange outages or server problems.
