Getting 10 days of data

Quick question,

I have a 720t es z3 chart, need to get all 10 days of intraday data, how does one go about doing this?

try Tools, Data Export on an adv chart

In the Time Template used for that chart you need to create a User Defined interval for T (or t) set to load 10 days (see highlighted example in the image below)
