Quote window issue

Hi
I have esignal delayed and in my quote window I cannot get any data to display(like last, change...) I could when i had real time but not it doesn't seem to work. It is just displaying Not Ent then I click on the symbol to pull the chart up it goes to No Data til the chart is drawn. Anyone have any ideas whats going on?

I'd make sure that your Data Manager has the correct setting to connect to our servers. Open up the DM and click on receiver then communications. The IP address read dcm*.esignal.com so it's pointing to the delayed connection manager ( as opposed to cm*.esignal.com which points to the realtime connection manager ). Please check that and let us know if that solves it. If not, we'll likely need to get your username so we can confirm your account is OK.
