user defined time templates

It seems my user defined intraday time templates don't work correctly for intraday charts when the interval is "2T". Can users define time template for sub-minute charts?

The Time Template does not control Start/End Times with tick based charts. It can only define how many days get loaded.
So, even if you set the times (which you cannot) they would not be applied to a tick based chart. These BTW include Volume-bar, Seconds-bars and Price Change-bars.
Also, Intraday Default only defines interval based charts and not tick based charts. For the latter you need to create User Defined intervals with T (or V or S or P) as the interval and then the number of days to be loaded (see example image below)
