  • Delayed US futures and contract highs and lows

I subscribe to the delayed North American futures and have the contract high, contract high date, contract low, and contract low date columns (ContHi, ContHiDt, ContLo, ContLoDt) in my quotes window. However none of them are ever anything but blank. For non-delayed futures quotes I see all of this data.

I would expect to have delayed values of all of these columns for all of my delayed quotes, but I don't. Why would this be?

    Tom,

What symbols are you using? Continuation symbols will not carry Contract High/Low data. Only actual contract symbols will carry this information (i.e. with Month and Year codes).

      Jay,

None of these are showing that data:

      AI Z3
      CR X3
      GI X3
      GC Z3
      HG Z3

        Tom,

It does appear that the Contract High/Low is unavailable on the delayed servers. I don't believe this was by design, so I'll have our QA Team investigate this possible bug.

        Thanks for the report.
        Regards,

It did turn out to be a bug in the delayed server. The developer has found it in the code and corrected it. I don't have an official release date, but it should be soon.
