Screen shot problem

Hiya folks
The save image function seems to be a bit knackered... this is the shot i get, am not aware that ive changed any settings from the default ones, any suggestions ?

I think ive found out why....

When i use the pop out function and then pop the window back into esignal the windown keeps changing size, as in first screen shot. I have saved the format as i want it but the change keeps happening everytime i pop the window back in.

Any suggestions as to why this would happen and how i can fix it ?

I don't seem to be able to duplicate this. The only thing I can think of that would cut off the picture is the crop tool. Once a screenshot is loaded in the Image Publisher, you can draw a red box around the area you wish to keep to effectively crop out the area outside the red box.
