Times on inteday charts

I live on the west coast and use the west coast time template on my charts. It displays data from 6:30am to 1pm. When I try to use East coast time template, it displays 9:30am to 4pm but the data displayed is from 12:30pm to 7pm (i.e. half of the data is after market close).

I would like to have my chart show in eastern time without having to change my system clock to eastern time. Is there a way to this way?
