Esignal +another feed in Tradestation/GlobalServer

I'm a new user trying out Esignal European futures data.
I use TS2000i/Global Server using a PCQuote datafeed as my normal(US) datafeed.

When I try to setup Esignal in Global Server by running the setup wizard for DBC Online, the PCQuote feed becomes disabled.

My question is: I was under the assumption that Global Server could
accept more than one real time data feed simultaneously. Apparently
that is not the case! I would appreciate any suggestions, besides
switching the entire datafeed to Esignal? Thanks in advance

PS can't get answer from Omega as they don't support TS2000i anymore

eSignal with TS

I have never heard you could run two real time feeds at the same time before in 2000i. You should be able to switch to eSignal for all your data I would think.

When did TS quit supporting 2000i? I thought they were still selling it in Europe so how could they stop support?

TS stopped supporting 2Ki just after Boots and I got our copies. About 2 years ago, when TS6k came to be.

Dont assume cuz they sell it in Europe they support it, you are thinking the eSignal way, not the TS way.
