Differece in Size in Market Depth Window?

Hello,

There are various types of Size columns available in Market Depth window; i.e. BSize/ASize, Size, #Inside and Inside Size.
Would anybody tell me how they are different?
I use Market Depth (Montage) windows for DIA, SPY and other NYSE stocks.
