File Sharing seems to be down

Sorry if this is not correct forum, didn't know where to post. File downloads of efs files from file sharing seems to not be working. I tried to download Bid/AskVolume.efs and the file appears in the correct folder, but it doesn't work and when you open it with the editor it's just blank. I then tried to open several other .efs from file sharing and they all act the same way.

I tried it again and got it. Not sure what caused it, but I'm now.
