With the release of eSignal 7.2, there's a new Chat window. This window uses IRC technology to allow users to chat with other traders. By default, there are 2 rooms set up.
The first is a daytraders room on Othernet that is very popular among traders. This room has a lot of activity as traders share tips and predictions.
The second is an eSignal room on Othernet. This will be a room specifically for eSignal users to chat about using the product, trading tips, and anything else related. We'll also start setting up scheduled chats where users will know ahead of time when developers, support reps, and/or market experts will be in the room to meet our users.
As an initial session, we'd like to get as many users as are interested to join us in this eSignal chat room after market on Wednesday January 22nd at 4:30 EST (1:30 PST). We'll have members of the development department as well as some support reps in the room to answer initial questions about the 7.2 release.
