Enabling Advanced Charts

Any help appreciated by new user.

I downloaded and installed 7.4 Equity Basic earlier today and was able to try out most of the indicators in Advanced Charting.

After closing down the program, and restarting later, an Advanced Chart appears for a few seconds and is then covered by a grey screen and the message "Advanced Charting Not Enabled".

Must I wait until support is available on Monday, or is there an immediate way round this.

If you are subscribing to our "Basic" service, Advanced charts are not included in that level of service. The Advanced Charting module encompasses our EFS language, drawing tools, back testing, data export, and much more. Here are two table comparisons of the various packages we offer (features and charting) There must have been a small permissioning glitch if you could access Advanced Charts when you first started because as you now describe it, it's acting as it should for "Basic" subscribers.

We do offer a free 14 day trial of Advanced Charting upon request. You can either call your Sales Rep or Contact Customer Service on Monday.
