  • 2 symbols on 1 advanced chart?

Can multiple symbols be put on 1 advanced chart in Esignal 7.4?

    If so, how?

I beleive it is only available in 7.5 I would recommend updating to 7.5 for many reasons. (awsome new features, less crashes, etc.)
When you do this , put your mouse pointer over the advanced chart and start typing your first symbol. You will see the box appear below. You then click on the "multiple Symbols" button and this will allow you to add up to 4 more symbols.

    Hope this helps.

Fibbgann is right on the mark. Best choice is to use the new Symbol Overlay feature in 7.5. You can get the eSignal 7.5 Release Candidate right here or wait til next week when we go Gold.

As an FYI, you can do overlays in 7.4 using EFS. Here's an FAQ that explains a few of your choices. While these EFS's work, the scaling may be less than optimal in some cases.

      Thanks.

I also wanted to include the Audio/Video Training on Overlay & Axis Management as it should prove helpful to those that learn by seeing.

Jay, those streaming video (webex) tutorials are excellent.
