  • CME Market Depth (DOME) Problems

    Hello,

    I just updated my CME data to Globex CME Level II, but I still cannot access the CME DOME.

    It says "NO DATA" "Not entitled for CME", but the Market depth T&Ss window displays the trades. I have tried symbols ES Z3 and ES #F.

    Customer service has not been able to fix the problem.

    Please advise.

      Although already subscribed to CME data, apparently there's an additional fee for market depth. This is the answer I got:

        Thanks Lancer. That's what I was going to check for today; making sure daytraderpc had the right services turned on and making sure internal accounts were set-up correctly as well.

        Here's our updated pricing by the way.

          We did have a small authentication error earlier but it should be resolved now. You do need to have 7.5, Market Depth service, CME service and CME depth service on your account to have this depth data work. If you have all 4 of those and are still having a problem, try exiting and restarting eSignal. If the problem persists, please send me a PM with your username or contact Technical Support so we can re-authenticate your service.
