Can't configure eSignal with Amibroker

Hi,

I am currently using eSignal with a RT third party software application. I am evaluating Amibroker - a different application compatible with eSignal.

For some reason Amibroker is not recognizing eSignal. (There is a list of data sources that if offers and their manual assumes that eSignal is on the list - but it is not.

I think that the problem might be that I have not installed an eSignal data plug-in - which eSignal doesn't need but that Amibroker might need. However, I don't see that as part of the eSignal installation.

In any case, does anyone have a possible solution to this problem?

Yes, Amibroker is a registered thrid party application for eSignal and should work just fine with our service. A far as I'm aware, there is no "plug-in" or additional software that you need from us. There are likely some settings in Amibroker you'll need to adjust so you might want to check out Amibroker's support site. If you still can't find the instructions, I'd shoot them a quick email. From past experience, they've been very responsive.
