Pop-Out (floating) Windows DO NOT maximize or minimize

Hello,

I am having problems with the Pop_Out (floating) Windows when their window toolbar is hidden. The window will not maximize or minimize when you double click on the blue-dashes at the top (left-hand side) of the window.

Please advise.

PC,

You are correct. For a popped out window to do the basic Windows functions, it needs to have the Title Bar. Without it the window will not "know how" to do these tasks. It's a strange concept, but that how it needs to be implemented (AFAIK).
