  • Crash Report on Exit - MB Trading

    Every time I exit from Esignal 7.5 using MB trading module I get the following:

    Received: 1708 1340 1244028 1244056
    Generating crash report ...
    Failed to save dump file to 'C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sig1A3.tmp' (error 3099232)

    Note:

    I have tried re-install of both apps and cleared all the esig *.ini files while only loading my old page layouts and I still get the crash on exit when starting esig with MB but no crash report occurs when starting esig with MB trading app.

    Workstation: win2k sp2 Esig 7.5 682 and MB 10.6

    MB Trading and Ver 7.5

    MB is not set up yet for ver 7.5, Need to use ver 7.4 was having same problem contacted MB support and was informed of above.

      I am using eSignal 7.5 build 628 along with MB navigator 10.6 since the first day it was avalable and never have a problem. I have been using these two programs together for over a year. You might want to create a new page or layout and try saving and exiting from that.
