Dup ID stands for Duplicate ID and just as you imply, is caused by multiple log-ins of the same username. The way our system works is that the most recent log-in takes precedence, so users can move from one location to another and always succesfully "bump" off their old log-on in case they forget to sign-off. Occasionally, it can take up to 2-3 sign-on's in the new location to bump off the existing log-on.
Please completely exit from eSignal and the Data Manager and restart. Try this 1 or 2 more times. That should solve the problem. If not, please contact Technical Support so we can look at your log-in history and determine what's going on.

anyone no how to get rid if of Dup ID on my e signal? I am only signed on once. and can't seem to get rid of this error message.
