Now What..???

No data on any of my "XXX=N" (nyse only) symbols.

The other day I didn't have any tick data.

When are you folks gonna get it together?

I don't see any problems with the symbols I've looked at thus far. Here's IBM=N on a 15 minute interval:

Does just "IBM" work OK for you? Does the status box in the chart for regional symbols indicate OK, no data, receiving, etc? Are you using version 7.5? Have you tried exiting and restarting?

If you still can't get the chart to work, we'll need to check your username and determine what server(s) you are connected to.

Just a quick follow-up. We did find a server that was not correctly handing regional intraday data so it was taken offline to be worked on. All the others that were checked were OK. Could be that you were connected to the bad one when you had the problem. All should be OK now.
