Tradestation and Esignal

When i try to plot intraday data using tradestatin i allways get this message, no data available for the selected data range... how can i solve this?
I have the symbol ES #F on the global Server and created a symbol list for it on ts but i still can´t open it.

You may have the Sessions set up incorrectly in GlobalServer.
Attached is an image with the Sessions settings for both ES #F and ES #F=2.
Also check your time offset in Tradestation (see under File->Desktop Options->General tab).

As an aside you will notice that I have ES set up as an Index rather than as a Future. This will give you much better performance and the advantage of not having to use Expiration patterns.

Lastly make sure you have the minimum resolution you are trying to plot. For example if your minimum resolution is 1 Minute and you ask for Tick Bar charts you will get that message.
