change font in Quote window

How do I go about changing the font in a quote window (advanced charts)?

Not sure if you mean the Snapshot window in Advanced Charts or if you mean in a Quote window.
If the former then see this thread.
If the latter select Quote Options->Fonts from the main menu

It was the latter and it was just what I needed.
