How do I unsubscribe from the email list. I have gone to the link probably ten times to unsubsribe over the last two days and I still get the messages, Please help

You may be subscribed to more than one forum.
Go to your CP (Control Panel) and in the first screen you should see what
forums/threads you are subscribed to. Next to each one you should also see
an Unsubscribe link.
