How can I instigate a manual merge of EOD data?

Hello
I am new and would like to find out if it is possible to manually intigate a merge process.
If I have downloaded EOD files loaded on my PC and my Dial up drops out. Is it possible to merge them first so that the next time I log on I only download the latest files not on my pc and not all of them.

Please clarify which service you are referring to. eSignal doesn't store data locally so I'm a bit confused as to what you're looking for. Perhaps eSignal Wizard ( formerly GET EOD?)?
