  • datamanager crashing

Several times a day (sometimes 3, sometimes 20), I get the popup window that says "Turbofeed datamanager has encountered a problem and needs to close".

I am running Windows XP Pro on a P4 1.4 with a gig of RAM and a cable modem connection.

Does anyone else have this problem and/or know what to do about it?

    The error message says:
    AppName: winros.exe
    AppVer: 7.2.0.0
    ModName: awalsp11.dll
    ModVer: 1.0.2.132
    Offset: 00001bbf

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

    Hello lambertc

The error message is telling us that winros.exe (TurboFeed Data Manager)
has a conflict with another file awalsp11.dll that is running at the
same time as eSignal. This particular DLL file is not installed or used
by esignal so another application that is running at the same time as
esignal has caused the TurboFeed Data Manager to crash. To correct this
conflict we would need to know which applications are using this DLL.
Once we know which program uses awalsp11.dll we can then see what need
to be changed to try and prevent this conflict.

Please contact eSignal Technical Support via LIVEREP or our 800# to
    further troubleshoot this error.

    Thank you,

    Gary
