I am using the back testing, in the esignal strategy analyzer, how do I set up the value per point for different symbols ? For example, ES is $50 each point, NQ is $20 each point.

At this time there is no provision for a point value in the Strategy Analizer. As a workaround insert in the Default Lot Size box a number equal to the point value multiplied by the number of contracts traded.
