i use the market depth window to trade options and a big pain is the lagging bid or ask and market maker. a habitual offender is amex and it's a pain to glance at the depth and see a bid or ask that's not really there. i love the service but for what you charge this should be right. for example right now at 3:47 on anq cx the spread is .90 by 1.00 but the depth is still showing amex out there bidding 200 contracts at 1.00

Hi Jeddins,

I didn't get to this till after market closed, so wasn't able to see the problem. However, we are working on an issue affecting ECN's on the Market Depth window and it's possible this may be related. This is the first report on regional options that I've seen, but sounds simular.

We'll check this out and update the thread.

Hi Jeddins,

I have heard back on this. QA has informed me that this is a known issue that is being worked on. I do not, as yet, have an eta as to when this will be fixed.
