How do yuo use the "Market Maker Ticker" ?

I open a new market maker ticker, but I cant get any text/symbols on the ticker, so how do you use it. The help menu only tells yuo how to open a "Market maker ticker"

Please advise ???

Select Help->Help Topics->Using Ticker Window->Chosing Ticker Window Data and you should find all the links related to the topic of Ticker Windows

Hi Digs,

Make sure that you are also subscribed to Nasdaq level 2. If you are not subscribed to it, that window will remain blank when you open it. This ticker window allows you to select a specific market maker, e.g. GSCO, MLCO, etc. from the Ticker Window options. Once selected, the ticker window will show the bid and ask prices of the symbols listed in the quote window selected under ticker window options.
