Another issue for me, and I.m sure for others, is having a broader range of data available to test on than the eSignal service may currently provide.
To do a thorough test of an intraday system requires at least a few years of interval data. Is there a data format that we can use for this purpose? Is there a commercial vendor that provides data in eSignal format?
I think this is critical. As wonderful as having ten years or more of daily data is concerned, intraday is just as important. Doesnt have to be tick-by-tick. but down to five minute intervals would be great.
